School Teacher Interns (STIs) are hired by the School Education Department (SED) Punjab to overcome the shortage of teaching staff in primary, elementary, and high schools across the province.

Eligibility Criteria (Expected)
- Qualification for Primary: Minimum Matriculation (2nd Division).
- Qualification for Elementary: Minimum Intermediate (2nd Division).
- Qualification for Secondary: Minimum BA/BSc/BS (2nd Division).
- Age Limit: Males: 20-50 years | Females: 20-55 years.
- Domicile: Only candidates residing in the same village/union council of the school are eligible to apply.
How Merit is Calculated
The STI merit formula allocates points based on your academic degrees (Matric, Inter, Bachelor's, Master's). The higher your degree and grades, the more points you secure.
